RESTRICTED SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW

6 July 2021 – Singular Health Group Ltd (ASX: SHG, “Singular Health”, or the “Company”), confirms that pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A that 2,000,000 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) will be released from escrow on 14 July 2021.

The Company will apply to ASX for quotation of these Shares when released pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.5.
