AGM Notice

26 October 2021 – Singular Health Group Ltd (ASX: SHG, “Singular Health”, or the “Company”), advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to be held in person at 3/26 Railway Road, Subiaco, Western Australia on Tuesday, 23 November 2021 at 12:30pm (AWST) (Meeting).

The location of the AGM and details of resolutions to be considered at the AGM have been provided in the Notice of AGM and Explanatory Memorandum, in accordance with the Corporations Act. The re-election of certain directors of the Company will be considered at the AGM. Notwithstanding the closing date for the receipt of any director election nominations has expired, the Company may still accept nominations from persons wishing to be elected as a director of SHG.
