On November 19, 2012, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), held a conference call reporting its financial results for the fiscal year and the 4 th fiscal quarter ended August 31, 2012.

The PowerPoint slides, which were used for this Conference Call, are attached herein as an exhibit.
