On January 15, 2009, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), held a conference call reporting its financial result for the first fiscal quarter ended November 30, 2008.

The PowerPoint slides, which were used for this Conference Call, are attached herein as an exhibit.
