Item 8.01 Other Events

On July 5, 2007, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), held a conference call for investors to review the financial results for the three and nine months ended May 31, 2007. A copy of the PowerPoint slides used as notes for this call is call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

During the conference, Mr. Walter Woltosz, CEO of the Company, provided new revenue guidance. The Company expects the fiscal year 2007 revenue to be approximately $8,755,000 which is $2.9 million more than $5,855,000 in the fiscal year 2006.
