Dear Sir/Madam,

We regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Gurdeep Singh Bhatia (DIN: 00401929), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, on Friday, 16th October, 2020. Mr.Gurdeep Singh Bhatia played crucial leadership roles through his long career at Simran Group. He was appointed on the Board of the Company since 1988 and the Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during his tenure.

Mr. Gurdeep Singh Bhatia’s sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to Bhatia family.

pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, and with reference to the Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015 regarding Continual Disclosure Requirement for Listed Entities, we hereby enclose disclosure as required under sub-para 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III regarding cessation of Director of the Company.
