In reference to the intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company had approved consolidation of the Face Value of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- per share to Rs. 1000/- per share i.e. 100 equity shares of Rs.10/- each shall be consolidated into 1 equity share of Rs.1000/- each, in the Board Meeting held on Monday, 31[st] May, 2021 subject to approval of members at the ensuing 108[th] Annual General Meeting and all other necessary approval.
