Ref.: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the SEBI Listing Regulations)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the following Independent Directors of the Company ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company upon completion of their second and final term of 5 (Five) consecutive years.
