SPANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD THROUGH VIDEO
CONFERENCING (VC) I OTHER AUDIO VISUAL MEANS (DAVIN)
Shareholders of the Bank may note that in pursuance of circular(s) issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in this regard, SP Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank will be held on Tuesday, 23rd June 2026 at 11:08 a.m. (ET through VIDEO CONFERENCING (VC) I OTHER AUDIO VISUAL MEANS (DAVIN), to forecast the businesses that will be set forth in the Notice of the Meeting.
In compliance with the above circular, electronic copies of the Notice of AGM will be sent to the bank shareholders without any disclosures but registered with the Bank (www.GreendreyParticipants). Shareholders holding shares in dematerialized mode and whose email life are not registered are requested to register their email addresses and mobile numbers with their relevant depositions through their depository participants. Shareholders holding shares in physical mode are requested to demot their holding/furnier/mail email addresses and mobile numbers with Mrs P91r Technologies Limited, P.O. Box 1000, New Delhi-110000, India. The notice of the AGM will also be made available on the Bank's website at https://bankofbaroda.bank.in the Stock Exchange's websites.
Shareholders will have an opportunity to cast their vote remotely on the business as set forth in the Notice of the AGM through electronic voting system. The manner of voting remotely for shareholders holding shares in dematerialized mode, physical mode and for shareholders who have not registered their email addresses will be provided in the Notice to the shareholders. The details will also be made available on the website of the Bank. Shareholders are requested to visit https://bankofbaroda.bank.in to obtain such details.
Shareholders may please note that in terms of aforementioned circulars, the Bank will not be sending physical copy of AGM Notice to the Shareholders. NOTICE OF INVESTOR COSTS - TAX ON EMPLOYEE
Board of Directors of the Bank, under Meeting held on Monday, 18th May, 2026, have recommended a Dividend of ₹ 9.00 per Equity Share of face value of ₹ 2/- each i.e., for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The said dividend amounts at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on June 23, 2026, will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Bank or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as at the close of business hours on June 05, 2026 ("Cut-off Date").
The dividend would be paid to the eligible shareholders within a period of 30 days from the date of AGM, electronically, through various online modes to those members who have updated their bank account details.
Pursuant to provisions of the Income Tax Act, 2020 (Act), as amended by the Finance Act 2026, dividends paid or distributed by a company on or after April 1, 2026 shall be taxable in the hands of the shareholders. The Bank shall therefore be required to deduct tax at source at the time of making the payment of said dividend, at prescribed base including applicable surcharge and uses, as notified from time to time. Please note that this dividend will be taxable in your hands in the FY 2026-27. Thus, all the details and declarations furnished should pertain to FY 2026-27.
Shareholders who do not have valid & operative FMA are considered non-compliant as per provisions of Section 397 of the Income Tax Act (325) and tax shall be deducted at source from the bank account at the end of the period.
All the shareholders are requested to ensure that their details with reference to valid Permanent General Number (PAN). Residential status as per the Act i.e. Resident or Non-Resident as applicable for FY 2026-27, category of their account as per the PAN, emolizende address, Bank Account Details are complete / updated, as applicable, with their account maintained on the Depository Participant (in case of Shares held in dematerialized form) and in case of shares held in physical form, complete / updated with Mrs. M7e Technologies Limited, the Bank's Magazine & Discs Transfer Agent (T014, N74/1).
Bank has already sent a detailed email communication to shareholders in this regard. The same is available on the website of the Bank under https://bankofbaroda.bank.in/ shareholders-answer/shareholders-meeting-egm-egm/38th-annual-general-meeting-2026
The TOS will be deducted unless exempt under the provisions of the Act and subject to furnishing the prescribed self-certified documents, which may be downloaded from the website of the Bank at https://bankofbaroda.bank.in/shareholders-answer/shareholders-meeting-egm-egm/38th-annual-general-meeting-2026 or RTA at https://rs.illinois.com/farm13/
Shareholders are requested to upload aforementioned documents latest by S.M (PM (IST), May 30, 2026 on the website of the RTA at https://ris.illinois.com/farm13 and also email them at [email protected] in order to enable the Bank to determine and deduct appropriate TOS/INVESTORs tax rate. No communication on the tax determinations/taxation shall be entertained after S.M (PM (IST), May 30, 2026.

बालकांवरील हिंसा रोखण्यासाठी संबंधित यंत्रणांनी कायद्याची प्रभावी अमलबजावणी करावी: जिल्हाधिकारी
जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी बालकासंबंधीत कार्यरत यंत्रणांचा घेतला आढावा

जिल्हा बालकांवर दोनशे लैंगिक आरएम, हिंसा, बालकिव्हाने, प्रमाण, संतुष्टता आणण्यासाठी बालकासंबंधीत काम करणाऱ्या सर्व यंत्रणांचे बालकांचे प्रभावी अमलबजावणी करावी. असे निर्दिष्ट जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. मंगेश पोडवले यांचे दिले.
जिल्हाधिकारी बालकांवरच्या कमानुसार १५ मे २०२६ रोजी जिल्हा बाल संरक्षण समिती, बाल कल्याण समिती आणि पाईलड देणा त्यांचा समितीची आठवडा बैठक घेण्यात आली. यासोबोर्ड ने बोलत होते. यावेळी जिल्हा पहिला व बाल विकास अधिकारी पुन्हा चिंचवत. जिल्हा बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी रजतच नेमले. जिल्हा अयोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. अमितीश पोडवले, विशेष कार येथील गावात सुखा मौली पटवूनकर, बालकेंनावर दहा डॉ. मंगेश रावी, बाल कल्याण समितीच्या अध्यक्ष श्रीमती खोखरावे, रावाचोरी मुलानी निरीक्षणपूर बालपट्टाच्या अधिकांश सोप्या अधिकारी यांची प्रामुख्याने रचीनगी रोगी. बालकांवर दोनशे लैंगिक आरएम, हिंसा
रोखण्यासाठी त्यांचा बालविकासासारखे अनेक प्रश्न, तशी संतुष्टता आणण्यासाठी इथे नारायण रावा बाल संरक्षण समित्यांचे तसेच साझा, बालविकास आणि बालक-घराम, शिक्षकांचे प्रशिक्षण घेऊन बालकांसंबंधीत कारखान्या प्रभावी अमलबजावणी करण्यात यावी. संबंधित यंत्रणाधिकाऱ्या यंत्रणांवर यावे. कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत बालकांवर झालेल्या आरएमची पीट होणे आवश्यक असून पोलीस विभाग, शिक्षण विभाग, अयोग्य विभाग, जिल्हा पहिला व बाल विकास विभाग, जिल्हा बाल संरक्षण कक्ष, पाईलड देणा त्यांचे १-१-६; तसेच बालकांच्या दोनशे काम करण्याचा संस्थांनी दुसरा बालविकास यासोबोर्ड काय करावे. यातून बालकांसंबंधीत राहणाऱ्या घटना कमी होणे आवश्यक असे. असे निर्दिष्ट जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी यावेळी दिले.
बालकांवरील लैंगिक आरएमची गुंभी, अनेक दशक प्रकरणे बालविकास होत असल्यास त्यावर वेळोवाज उठाव पडण्यासाठी वेबसाईट्स प्रकरण बारकामे करण्याच्या कडक कारखाने करण्यात यावी. तसेच जवळचे पोलीस स्टेशन, अंगणखाडी मेडिकल, जिल्हा बाल संरक्षण कक्ष किंवा पाईलड देणा त्यांचे १-१-६; या रोजा खोखराव्यांबाबत यांचा कार्य. माहिती देणाऱ्यांना वाच घेतलेला ठेवण्यात येईल असे जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी यावेळी परीसले.
सात रोजी समितीच्या आठवडा बैठकांचे प्रस्ताविक जिल्हा पहिला व बाल विकास अधिकारी पुन्हा चिंचवत यांचे केले. केंद्र शासन पुरस्कृत महिला व बाल विकास विभागाच्या वातावरण योजनेची अंमलबजावणी करण्यात येत असून काळजी व संरक्षणाच्या वातावरण योजनेत दाखल करणे संपूर्ण भूमिका टपासण करून देण्यात आल्याचे तसेच अंमलबजावण वातावरण योजनेत ताण देण्यात येत असल्याचे त्यांचे प्रस्ताविकेतून व्हीसले. तसेच बालविकास सुरू भारत, असणा यांकरून ऑगस्टन या १-५ दिवसांत कृषी कार्यक्रमांतचे संपूर्ण जिल्हाच्या निवडणा विस्तृत उपनक्तपुर्व करण्यात आली असून अस्तरांची १-६ जिल्हा लोकांचे बालविकासाची शक्य घेऊन प्रकरणात प्राय फेरी आहे. प्रामासराव बालकांसंबंधीत कारखान्या आठवडा कायम करून सुरू झाल्या आहे. यासोबोर्ड बालविकास येथे १-६ जिल्हा वाढवलेली तळी आपल्याला लाग प्राय झालेल आहे. पोलीस कारखान्यांतचे

गळफास पहिल्या ठाण्यांतर्गत जिल्हाधिकारी येथे गळफास घेवून आत्महत्या केल्याची घटना १७ मे रोजीची आहे. मी प्रामासराव किमान २-३-१ ए जिल्हाधिकाऱ्या सुरू झालेल्या मत आहे. आजारांचे प्रात असलेल्या प्रातापाखाली गळफास घेवून आत्महत्या केली. जिल्हाधिकारी येथे किमान २-३-१ ए जिल्हा वाढवलेली तळी आपल्याला लाग प्राय झालेल्या आहे. यासोबोर्ड गळफास घेवून आत्महत्या केली. जिल्हाधिकारी येथे किमान २-३-१ ए जिल्हा वाढवलेली तळी आपल्याला लाग प्राय झालेल्या आहे.
