Sub: Intimation of temporary suspension of operations at manufacturing facilities and offices due to COVID 19 pandemic.
Ref: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 .
In view of the emergency situation arising due to spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and announcement made by the Chhattisgarh State Government, this is to inform you that the manufacturing units situated at Bhilai and Tedesara (C.G) and offices of the Company have been temporarily shut-down.
The Company has been taking necessary precautionary measures against the spread of COVID-19 as advised by the Government from time to time. The Company has also followed "Work From Home" policy for its employees.
The operations shall be resumed once the situation is improved and lockdown is withdrawn.
Given the uncertainty around the situation it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on the business operations of the Company at this point of time.
