Dear Sir,

We refer to our earlier announcement dated March 24, 2020 regarding temporary suspension of operations at all plants and offices due to lockdown and orders issued by state Government for containment of Covid19 pandemic, please be informed that the Company has initiated the restarting activities of its manufacturing facilities.

Further to above, we would like to inform that the Company has received requisite approvals from the concerned Authorities for re-starting operations of all plants situated at Bhilai and Tedesara (C.G) and offices of the Company.

The Company has taken necessary precautions in terms of the permissions/ directions issued by the authorities.
