(i) Mrs Pooja Jethmal (Membership No. A42186) has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 8[th] January 2024 due to her personal reasons after the end of working hours. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities w.e.f. 8[th] January 2024.

(ii) The Board of Directors in their meeting held today, i.e., 8[th] January,2024 has approved the appointment of Mrs Akanksha Kotwani ( Membership No. 46306) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Corporation w.e.f., 9[th] January, 2024. The additional details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure - 1.
