As informed in letter SCL/FY2021-22/BSE/38 dated 27[th] December, 2021 the trading window of the Company will remain closed from 1st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31[st] December, 2021 for the Directors /KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the code.
