Dear Sir,

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 12th November, 2022 inter alia:

1. To consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter & Half Year ended 30th September, 2022;

2.To delist the equity shares of the Company from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd.(CSE) only in terms of Regulation 5 & 6 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2021. The Company would continue to remain listed on the stock exchange which has nationwide trading terminal i.e. BSE Limited.

1. To discuss any other matter as per the agenda of the meeting.

Further, as already intimated the trading window of the Company will remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the Quarter & Half Year ended 30th September, 2022 for the Directors /KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the code.
