In terms of captioned subject matter and referred Regulation, it is hereby informed that Shri J Suryam and Mrs D Meena have resigned due to their personal reasons as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 30[th] July,2020. It is hereby further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 30[th] July, 2020 has appointed Shri Deb Mukherjee as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 30[th] July,2020 as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with its applicable Rules and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
