The 40[th] Annual General Meeting of Simplex Castings Limited (“the Company”) will be held on Wednesday, 30[th] September, 2020 at 3.00 P.M through Video Conferencing and other audio Visual means..

Members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or dematerialized form, as on 23.09.2020 (cut-off date), shall be entitled to receive the Annual Report for the FY 2019-20, through their registered email ID.

Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from 24[th] September, 2020 to 30[th] September, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 40[th] Annual General Meeting.

The remote e-voting period commences on 27th September, 2020 (9.00 A.M .) and ends on 29th September, 2020 (5.00 P.M.), During this period, Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on 23rd September, 2020 (cut-off date for e-voting), may cast their vote through remote evoting.
