Performance rights
Each performance right is a conditional entitlement to
receive one fully paid ordinary share in Simonds Group
Limited (SIO) subject to satisfaction of performance
conditions over a 3 year performance period.
Unlisted options
4,000,000 unlisted options granted to the CEO and
Managing Director following approval by shareholders at
the 2016 AGM held on 31 January 2017, on the terms
and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement
included with the 2016 Notice of Meeting dated 20
December 2016, with an exercise price of $0.40, vesting
date of 30 September 2019 and expiry date 30
September 2022.

Quotation agreement

  • 1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX’s absolute discretion. ASX may quote the[+] securities on any conditions it decides.

  • 2 We warrant the following to ASX.

  • The issue of the[+] securities to be quoted complies with the law and is not for an illegal purpose.

  • There is no reason why those[+] securities should not be granted +quotation.

  • An offer of the[+] securities for sale within 12 months after their issue will not require disclosure under section 707(3) or section 1012C(6) of the Corporations Act.

Note: An entity may need to obtain appropriate warranties from subscribers for the securities in order to be able to give this warranty
