Simonds Group Board of Directors resignations

Melbourne, 20 September 2017 : Simonds Group (Simonds) (ASX: SIO)

Members, including Simonds Family, holding more than 50% of the shares in the Company have today informed the Company that they propose a restructure of the Board including that the two current independent directors be replaced.

Given this, Susan Oliver and Michael Humphris have elected to tender their resignations, effective immediately.
