SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Melbourne, 9 May 2016: Simonds Group (Simonds) (ASX: SIO) advises that Mr Gerard Healy has resigned as CEO of Builders Academy Australia. He will conclude his employment with the Simonds Group on 3 June 2016.

In the meantime, Mr Healy will assist the company with its search for his successor. The search will consider both internal and external candidates for the role.

Simonds would like to thank Gerard for his contribution to the Group since January 2014. Gerard has played a pivotal role in the development of Builders Academy Australia and was a pivotal person in the listing of SIO in November 2014. We wish Gerard the best for his future endeavours.
