Simonds Group Limited ACN 143 841 801 (ASX:SIO) will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting at 11.00am (AEDST) on Wednesday 12 November 2025.

Shareholders will be advised of the full details regarding the 2025 Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be released in October 2025.

Persons wishing to nominate for election as a director of Simonds Group Limited at the 2025 Annual General Meeting must do so in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s constitution on or before Monday 22 September 2025.
