ITEM 6 OF 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WITHDRAWN
Melbourne, 13 November 2015: Simonds Group Limited (ASX: SIO) refers to the ASX Announcement dated 22 October 2015 regarding the resignation of Managing Director and CEO, Mr Paul McMahon.
Simonds advises that the 2015 Annual General Meeting Agenda Item 6, Grant of Performance Rights to the Managing Director and CEO has been withdrawn.
Accordingly, Item 6 will not be considered at the Annual General Meeting on 18 November 2015 and shareholders are not required to vote on that item.
