ITEM 5 OF 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WITHDRAWN

Melbourne, 18 November 2015: Simonds Group Limited (ASX: SIO) advises that based on feedback from shareholders, the 2015 Annual General Meeting Agenda Item 5, Increase in Non-executive Director’s Remuneration Limit has been withdrawn.

Accordingly, Item 5 will not be considered at the Annual General Meeting on 18 November 2015 and shareholders are not required to vote on that item.
