With reference to the content of the ESPI current report No. 84/2020 ofNovember 16, 2020, the Management Board of SimFabric S.A. based inWarsaw (hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer) informs that on March 29,2021, the Issuer obtained information that the Issuer's partner, NaconSAS, based in Lesquin, France, belonging to the Bigben Interactive group(hereinafter referred to as : Nacon), made public the details of thegame Architect Life: A Building Simulator (hereinafter referred to as:The Game), in the production of which it cooperates with the Issuer.

When announcing the release of the Game, Nacon provided informationabout the subject of the game, which will be a simulator of building anddesigning a dream house for himself (or for clients). The simulationwill include, among others, preparation of plans, budgeting, hiringemployees and the construction itself.

Architect Life: A Building Simulator is being developed by the Issuerand will be released by Nacon as part of the newly launched Life series,which aims to provide new experiences and experiences in a series ofdream competition simulators for PCs and next-generation consoles forgamers around the world.

In the near future, Nacon plans to provide further information about theGame, including visuals.

The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the above informationdue to the fact that it may have a significant impact on the financialand property standing of the Issuer and potentially have a significantimpact on the valuation of the Company's financial instruments listed inthe alternative trading system.
