Transaction in Own Shares • Sep 22, 2015

On 19 August 2015 SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in compliance
with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003,
also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.

In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount
of up to EUR 15.0m (approx. DKK 111.9m) in the period from 25 August 2015 to 19
February 2016.

corresponding to 2.80% of the share capital.
