Transaction in Own Shares • Mar 3, 2014

On 25 February 2014 SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in compliance
with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003,
also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.

In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount
of up to EUR 10.0m (approx. DKK 149.2m) in the period from 25 February to 22
August 2014.

The following transactions have been executed under the program:

Following above purchases, SimCorp holds 2,232,163 treasury shares
corresponding to 5.13% of the share capital.

Purchases for an amount of EUR 9.6m (approx. DKK 71.5m) remain to be executed
under the program.
