Transaction in Own Shares • Apr 28, 2014

On 25 February 2014 SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in compliance
with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003,
also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.

In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount
of up to EUR 10.0m (approx. DKK 74.6m) in the period from 26 February to 22
August 2014.

Since the last announcement the following transactions have been executed under
