SimCorp — Regulatory Filings 2015

SimCorp announces that it has signed a software license agreement with a
European bank.

The bank will use SimCorp’s investment management solution, SimCorp Dimension,
front to back across the value chain.

The next phase will include scoping and definition of services, and the
contract is conditional upon mutual agreement of these between both parties.
