With reference to Section 30 of Consolidated Act no. 41 of 13 January 2023 on capital markets, please be informed that SimCorp A/S on January 24, 2023, was informed by Mawer Investment Management Ltd. that Mawer Investment Management Ltd. now controls 4.99% of the voting rights in SimCorp A/S, but Mawer Investment Management Ltd. manages 5.29% of the share capital in SimCorp A/S.

The shares are traded at NASDAQ Copenhagen A/S.
