GmbH om at Allianz Global Investors Fund SICAV, en fond forvaltet af Allianz
Global Investors GmbH, nu besidder under 5% af aktiekapitalen og
stemmerettighederne.
Allianz Global Investors GmbH fortsætter med at besidde mere end 5% af
aktiekapitalen og stemmerettighederne i SimCorp på aggregeret basis i sin
egenskab af moderselskab for en række fonde.
