SimCorp — Major Shareholding Notification 2016

In pursuance of the Danish Securities Trading Act’s section 29, please be
informed that SimCorp A/S on 19 February 2016 was informed by Amerprise
Financial, Inc. on behalf of its subsidiaries Columbia Management Investment
Advisors, LLC (“CMIA”) and Columbia Asset Management, LLC (“CWAM”), that each
of CMIA and CWAM now owns less than 5% of the share capital and voting rights.

Ameriprise Financial Inc. continues to hold indirectly on an aggregate basis
more than 5% of the share capital and voting rights of SimCorp in its capacity
as parent company for a number of investment management companies.

The shares are traded at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
