informed that SimCorp A/S on 20 June 2014 was informed that Allianz Global
Investors Fund has passed the 5% limit of SimCorp shares (securities
identification code DK0060495240).

The present holding amounts to 2,158,962, corresponding to 5.202% of the share
capital and voting rights.

The shares are traded at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
