informed that SimCorp A/S on 8 March 2012 was informed that Ameriprise
Financial Inc. has increased their holding of SimCorp shares (securities
identification code DK0016026164) to 227,294 shares of DKK 10 corresponding to
5.05% of the share capital and voting rights.
