informed that SimCorp A/S on 27 May 2013 was informed that Allianz Global
Investors Luxembourg S.A. in connection with the capital reduction in SimCorp
on the 16 May 2013 by holding 222,672 shares of DKK 10 has passed the 5% limit
of SimCorp shares (securities identification code DK0016026164). The holding
corresponds to 5.12% of the share capital and voting rights.

The shares are traded at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
