informed that SimCorp A/S on 24 August 2011 was informed that AMERIPRISE
FINANCIAL INC. has decreased their holding of SimCorp shares (securities
identification code DK0016026164) to 229,857 shares of DKK 10 each
corresponding to 4.997% of the share capital and voting rights.

The shares are traded at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
