In pursuance of the Danish Securities Trading Act's section 29, please be informed that SimCorp A/S on 5 July 2007 was informed that Stichting Pensioenfonds voor de Gezondheid Geestelijke en Maatschappelijke Belangen (PGGM) on 4 July 2007 increased their holding of SimCorp shares (securities identification code DK0016026164) to 251,510 shares corresponding to 5.11% of the share capital and voting rights.
