SimCorp — Earnings Release 2011

SimCorp's business performed satisfactorily in the first six months of the
year. Revenue for H1 2011 amounted to EUR 88.6m, 4% higher than in the same
period of last year. EBIT for the six-month period was EUR 15.3m, up EUR 9.4m
compared with the year-earlier period. Revenue secured by contract for 2011 is
9% higher than at the same time last year.

SimCorp upholds its projections for 2011 of revenue growth measured in local
currencies of at least 5% and an EBIT margin of at least 20%.
