In pursuance of the Danish Securities Trading Act’s section 29, please be
informed that SimCorp A/S on 1 April 2014 has been informed that Allianz Global
Investors Luxembourg S.A. has reduced its holding of SimCorp shares from
2,226,720 shares of DKK 1 to 2,162,805 shares of DKK 1 and thus has passed the
5% limit of SimCorp shares (securities identification code DK0060495240). The
present holding corresponds to 4.97% of the share capital and voting rights.

The shares are traded at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.
