Torben Munch, SimCorp’s Chief Operating Officer, has given notice to the
company that he terminates his service contract with SimCorp effective as of 31
December 2012. Torben Munch has been offered a position as CEO in Orc Group AB.
SimCorp is grateful for Torben Munch’s 17 years of service to SimCorp and
appreciate Torben’s contribution to the successful development of SimCorp.
Torben will continue in his current position in SimCorp until a successor has
been appointed.
The company will initiate a search process where internal and external
candidates will be considered. The aim is to conclude the process as fast as
possible.
