Upcoming release of shares from escrow
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Simble Solutions Limited ( Simble or the Company ) advises that 23,100,250 ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow arrangements on 22 August 2018. The shares are subject to voluntary escrow as part of Simble’s listing on the ASX and are already quoted in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
