WITHDRAWAL OF FORM 603 NOTICE OF INITIAL SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER IN SIMBLE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (SIS)

As a result of a review of historical data, Westpac Banking Corporation (WBC) has become aware that its notice on 12 February 2019 notifying that it had become a substantial holder in Simble Solutions Limited (SIS) overstated the relevant interests of WBC and its related entities in SIS[1] .

As the Westpac Group was not a substantial holder at that time, and has not subsequently been a substantial holder, WBC withdraws the notice lodged on 12 February 2019.
