Simble Solutions Limited (ASX: SIS) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Simble Solutions Limited (‘SIS’) will be halted at the request of SIS, pending the release of an announcement by SIS.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 June 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

SIS’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT – Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS)

In accordance with listing rule 17.1, Simble Solutions Limited (the ‘Company’) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (‘ASX’) in respect of the Company’s ordinary shares.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

• a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising via placement to sophisticated and professional investors.

• b) The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of: i. the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 18 June 2025; or

  • ii. the release of an announcement to the market by the Company in relation to the proposed capital raising.

• c) The Company is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations and to maintain an orderly market in the trading of the Company’s shares.

• d) The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
