Simble Solutions Limited (ASX: SIS) – Suspension from Quotation

The securities of Simble Solutions Limited (‘SIS’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2 at the request of SIS, pending the release of an announcement by SIS.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain suspended until the earlier of:

• the end of the period stated in SIS’s request for voluntary suspension; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

SIS’s request for voluntary suspension is attached below for the information of the market.

REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION – Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS)

Simble Solutions Limited (the ‘Company’) refers to the trading halt of its securities granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (‘ASX’) on 16 June 2025. In accordance with listing rule 17.2, the Company requests a voluntary suspension be granted by ASX in respect of the Company’s ordinary shares.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

• a) The voluntary suspension is requested pending an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising via placement to sophisticated and professional investors.

• b) The timetable for lifting the suspension is predicated on the Company finalising the details in respect of its pending announcement, which it expects to finalise today.

• c) The Company expects the suspension will be lifted upon release of the announcement, and associated documentation, by the Company.

• d) The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
