CLEANSING NOTICE

Notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

27 June 2025

Sydney, 27 June 2025: This notice is provided by Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) (the ‘Company’) for the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (‘Corporations Act’).

The Company issued the following fully paid ordinary shares (‘Shares’) on 26 June 2025 pursuant to a placement to sophisticated investors, and pursuant to a Joint Lead Manager Mandate Agreement (‘JLM Agreement’) between the Company and Kaai Capital and Prenzler Group acting as joint lead managers to the Placement:

• 200,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.0025 per share; and

• 6,000,000 Shares to Prenzler Group in consideration for the provision of services under the JLM agreement.

For the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, the Company gives notice of the following in respect of Shares:

1. The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors in accordance with Part 6D of the Corporations Act.

2. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

   • (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to it; and (b) Section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act.

3. There is no excluded information, as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, as at the date of this notice.

This notice has been authorised by the Board of Simble Solutions Limited.
