Treasury Update

5 September 2025

Sydney, 5 September 2025: Energy and Sustainability software company Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) (‘Simble’ or ‘the Company’) advises that it has sold all of its Bittensor (TAO), and moving forward, will no longer be acquiring digital assets as part of its treasury strategy. This decision was made following recent consultation with ASX, and in light of ASX’s Compliance Update no. 09/25 released on 29 August 2025 which sets out ASX’s guidance on listed entities pursuing digital asset treasury strategies.

The Company sold 387.7242 TAO (being all of its TAO holding) at a price of $490.78 per TAO for total proceeds of ~$190k (before costs). As announced by the Company on 4 July 2025, the TAO was acquired for a total cost of ~$200k (before costs). The sale therefore resulted in a loss of ~$10k (before costs).

Funds raised from the sale of TAO will be used for working capital as previously announced.
