Notice Pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001

Simble Solutions Limited (the Company, ASX:SIS ) gives the following notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) as follows:

• a) On 26 May 2022, the Company issued the 37,285,436 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 84,500,000 Listed Options;

• b) The shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• c) As of the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• a. The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

• b. Section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• d) As at the date of this notice there is no excluded information required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.

Immediately after the issuance of these securities the Company will have the following securities on issue:

Fully Paid Ordinary Shares 423,166,136 Listed Options 108,704,756 Unlisted Options (various) 116,245,359
