Options Exercise and Expiry

Sydney, 15 June 2022: Smart energy Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) (‘Simble’ or ‘the Company’) announces the following in relation to Options exercise and expiration:

• Daniel Tillett exercises 4,166,667 Options for a total consideration of $75,000.

• 7,555,557 unexercised Options expire at close of business today.

As announced to ASX on 18 March 2022 Director Daniel Tillett has today exercised all 4,166,667 1.8c (June 15, 2022) Options he held for a total consideration of $75,000 and the Company has issued 4,166,667 shares as a result. The Company’s Cleansing Statement has been released to the ASX today along with Dr Tillett’s Change of Directors Interests Notice.

Director Fadi Geha has not exercised his 1,388,889 options which will expire at close of business today. A total of 7,555,557 unexercised options will expire as at close of business today.
