Notice Pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001
Simble Solutions Limited (Company) (ASX:SIS) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act) of the following details:
- a) On 22 January 2021, the Company issued 7,028,988 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares (Shares) and 21,739,135 attaching Options (Options) in accordance the placement announced to ASX on 07 October 2020 and as approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 21 January 2021;
- b) The Shares were issued without a disclosure document to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
- c) As of the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
- a. The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
- b. Section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
- d) As at the date of this notice there is no excluded information required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
