Simble Solutions signs 3-year contract with UK manufacturer David Brown Group Limited for the CarbonView platform, increasing energy division ARR by over 10%

Key Highlights

• Simble signs 3-year agreement with leading UK mechanical power transmission company for an enterprise-wide rollout of the CarbonView Sustainability & Carbon Management Platform.

• Total contract value of £112k (A$200K).

• SaaS revenues will increase current energy division annualised recurring revenue (ARR) by 12%

• CarbonView to be implemented as the client’s standardised carbon reporting platform globally with multi country rollout across all sites including, UK, US, China, Russia, Germany and Australia

Sydney, 09 February 2021: Smart energy Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) (‘Simble’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that it has signed a three-year SaaS agreement with David Brown Group Limited, one of the world’s leading mechanical power transmission companies, headquartered in the UK and with a global presence across 18 countries and 28 locations.

Under the terms of the three-year agreement, the client will deploy CarbonView across their global sites. The minimum contracted SaaS revenues of this deal amount to A$200K over the contract term. SaaS revenues will be recognised on a pro rata basis over the contract life.

Simble’s CarbonView platform helps organisations to measure, understand and report their environmental and sustainability performance and metrics. CarbonView also enables organisations to achieve their sustainability goals as well as standardise reporting and provides transparency to a client’s investors and stakeholders.
