Simble Solutions Limited (ASX: SIS) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Simble Solutions Limited ('SIS') will be placed in trading halt at the request of SIS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 28 July 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Simble Solutions Limited (ASX: SIS) (Simble) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by ASX Limited (ASX) with respect to its fully paid ordinary shares from the commencement of trading on Monday, 26 July 2021 until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday, 28 July 2021 or release of an announcement by Simble in respect of a placement to be conducted via sophisticated investors (Placement)

The following information is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

• 1. Reason for trading halt The trading halt is requested to allow the Placement to take place in an orderly manner.
• 1. Duration of the trading halt Simble expects the trading halt will be in place until the earlier of the time at which Simble makes an announcement in relation to the outcome of the Placement, or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 28 July 2021.
• 1. Termination of the trading halt Simble anticipates the trading halt will cease upon the release of an announcement to ASX.
• 1. No reason Simble is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
