Simble Launches $1.5m Capital Raising

Sydney, 26 July 2021: Smart energy Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) ('Simble' or 'the Company') today launches an equity raising by way of a Placement to new and existing sophisticated and institutional shareholders to raise circa A$1.5 million at an offer price of $0.025 per new share. Subject to shareholder approval, investors will also receive one (1) free attaching option for every two (2) shares subscribed for under the Placement, exercisable at $0.04 with a 3 year term ("Capital Raising"). The Company reserves the right to accept over-subscriptions at its discretion.

Pre-launch soundings were undertaken and clients of Fresh Equities Pty Ltd & L39 Capital Pty Ltd have submitted a firm cornerstone bid. A Director of SIS has also expressed their intention to participate subject to shareholder approval.

To assist with the Capital Raising, the Company has appointed Fresh Equities Pty Ltd & L39 Capital Pty Ltd to coordinate the bookbuild.
